Stan Van Eyk

Stan has always had a passion for cars and it shows, whether its repairs, restoration, distribution, retail sales and finally b2b sales Stan has done it all! Starting his career working on the bench in a Ford store he quickly got into restoring classic Corvettes for a private collector.

From there he then spent 2 decades working in distribution for many of the large Japanese automakers and he was even involved in the launch and distribution of a new Luxury Japanese brand. Wanting to expand his knowledge Stan then moved to the sales side of the business where he started on the sales floor at a Toyota store and quickly moved into a Finance Manager position. Seeing his potential he was recruited by a large insurance company where he provided services and products to the business office for Auto, RV and Powersports dealers for 12 years. Having had great success in this role he then moved on to manage all of Western Canada for a large warranty company.

However, during this time he would often notice that there were huge areas of untapped potential for dealers that were simply not being explored. Hence, in 2016, Niche Products was born, a company dedicated to creating opportunities with innovative products. With 30 plus years of experience, spanning all facets of the industry Stan is expertly suited to assist dealers with all aspects of their business. Whether they are looking for new innovative products, best practices and processes or strategic planning Stan has the knowledge and expertise to assist.

Ashley Munro

Vice President – Sales
Ashley has always loved sales and creating long-lasting relationships with people. She stumbled into the car industry as a receptionist with the intention to go back to school but quickly fell in love with the business and never looked back. After a short stint as a receptionist, she quickly moved into sales and from there she became the dealerships Customer Service Manager. Not long after that, she found the perfect fit as a Finance Manager where she continued to thrive for years, working in a Hyundai store and then the highest volume Ford store in Western Canada.

Seeing her potential she was recruited by a large OEM-based insurance company where she had great success before again being recruited, this time to be the Finance Director of an RV store. After doing this for a few years she had a chance encounter with Stan who had been training a new rep for the Alberta territory and they hit it off. They kept in touch over the years until the timing was right for Ashley to join Stan at Niche Products.

With 16 years’ experience, 11 of which were directly in finance offices Ashley has expert knowledge of the F&I process and a keen eye for training and development. Alongside her sales role, she is our National Trainer and is always happy to assist our dealer partners in creating high converting processes whether writing detailed scripts, role-playing overcoming objections or digging deep into the finance process to discover opportunities for more profit.
